Still on a bit of a learning curve with set-up and steering! Most of my issues are user related that I've been able to resolve with the assistance of more experienced QOD users.
But I have had an issue with vertcal arm dropping after I have accidentally steered into garden edging. When comparing the centre spine, the large nut is on the back-side not the front-side as illustrated in your manual. Should I adjust this nut?
PS: Im working on my steering!
IIt was a pleasure to have called you today and to assist you understand the operation better. Your golf trolley is the latest arrangement and thats the setup on the latest carts for the arm bolts. Further to my call with you today we have been unable to find anything wrong with the middle arm operation. As high lighted the knuckles require to be picked up to the point beypond the protection lugs and the knuckle handle with 'helix' requires to be fully locked. We tested the cart with you and the arms did not collapse. You will come back to us to advise if you are still experiencing any difficulty but so far no malfunction has shown on guided testing with you. Thank you for makign contact and feel free to caLL whenever you need any assistance. Hopefully once you learn how to use the trolley you may rate us better than three
Gives clearance to use the seat with extra stability from the wheels
Phone holder is a good design but needs one small change. I had to make a riser arm to lift the phone above the handle bar on the cart. No works well. This should come with the phone holder. The standard one would be ok for a small phone but most phones are larger now days.
Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback on our PHONE GPS HOLDER. We appreciate your suggestion but we already have a phone holder extension which costs $12 and works very well with the phone holder. Regards TeamQOD Aus
Only used twice on course, stressful, pulls to left, doesn't like hills.
Should have read instructions more carefully
Controller arrived in good condition. Easy to fit.
