Found that the bolt came loose in the plastic wingnut

A little disappointed that I had to replace the umbrella holder after 4 years. The cogs on the plastic wore out and it started to slip. Maybe a rethink about how this accessory is made?
The overall product is great and upon my recommendation another 3 ladies at my golf club have now purchased the QOD.
WE have not seen umbrella holders damage like described. The umbrella holder has adjusting bolts which have to be maintained and adjusted over time.After several years a device used perhaps on every golf game does require basic maintenance like tightening and adjusting the tension and locking bolts. Perhaps a replacement was not necessary just basic maintenance which the QOD company would have been happy to provide assistance on.
